Since 1953, Chinmaya Mission has provided individuals around the world with the teachings of Vedanta and its most prolific scholar, His Holiness Swami Chinmayananda. Facilitating knowledge of universal oneness, the mission strives to cultivate inner growth among people of all ages and backgrounds. Throughout the year, Chinmaya Mission offers a number of educational and spiritual workshops to further the awareness of Vedanta.
From August 5 to September 15, 2016, Chinmaya Mission will hold its first Chinmaya Sadhak Course in Hindi at its vision center in Kolwan. Led by Swami Advaitananda, the six-week course will provide spiritual attendees between the ages of 25 and 65 with a strong foundation in Vedanta. The course will cater to those who have attended Jnana Yajnas and continue to pursue studies of Vedantic scripture.
Throughout the course, participants will focus on seven main attractions, including Seva, Satsang, Samyam, and Sadhana. In addition, they will learn basic Sanskrit and yoga fundamentals.
